I need help. I have 2 bottles of wine that I do not know whether to sell or open. One is a Taltarni shiraz 1997 the other Robert Mondavi Pinot noir 1995. any advice??

You don't say which Taltarni Shiraz you have. They make three - Heathcote, Pyrenees and the plain old Shiraz. The first two are easily good for about ten years if stored well. The last should be drunk right now. The 1998 Modavi is drinking now, so your 95 may be ready right now, also, if not just going over its peak. Selling is not an option. Single bottles never sell well to serious wine drinkers, especially if they're not ultra premium wines. If you really want to try to sell, you might go to eBay or Wine Commune, but don't hold your breath.
