Another 375ml and this one was flying! Great nose of tropical fruits, light flinty. On palate much the same, quite flinty on the palate, some sulfur still evident. nice clean and fresh mouth feel with good complexity for the price. Somewhat lith in structure but elegant, some floral components.

Is this from Alsace?

Ah sorry no I had posted more but lost some of the posting.
This is one of my very few Austrian bottles. very lovely at $10 per half.

Come to think about it, I think I have had Salomon wines before so should have recognized it as Austrian. I have a Brundlmayer Riesling that I look forward to opening in warmer weather. Wish I could afford more of the Austrian wines from top producers.

Just got home today and am holding a glass of this right now after a very long day. Perfect, refreshing, no change in notes but love that flintiness to it.

Love these 375 ml screwcaps.....so easy...... Great for a late night cap. No changes in notes.
