are there any differences between the way semillon if ventificated than white wine in general? i have a presentation tomorrow.

There is no basic difference between Semillon vinification (not ventification) and any other white wine. The methods haven't changed since I answered the same question before - as noted below.

Semillon is a white wine and there's really nothing particularly unique about winemaking techniques used to make wine from it. So, look in Lum Eisenman's "Home Winemaking Manual", and you should find some good info."

By the way, you'll find very few people here who are willing to answer homework questions.
