WOW, our apartment in NYC is two blocks south of Walse (sp). Great wines there. You should have told me I could have met you there last week. Anne was upstate and I was alone in the Big Apple...

WOW it was a ball! The Wash wine region doesn't have the visual appeal of the Lakes but looks more like Kansas with vines except around the gorge. The BIG plus id they have some real KICK-PATOOTIE REDS!!!!! Maybe a few blush wines, but most are labeled as such. Sounds like the week-end was a real blast. WW
