Last night I went to this new Restaurant, really good food not a big selection of wines but some good ones. Any way, on a table next to mine a really loud Spanish guy was having dinner with some friends; when the waiter presented him the wine he just grabded and served saying that you don't present white wine. This is the first time I hear somthing like that. Is he right?? Is this only a Spanish tradition I don't know about??Or was the guy just being a wiseass??

Great site by the way...
Thank You

Have no idea what you're trying to describe.

I'd tend to think that the guy was trying to be a smart as_.

Each bottle ordered should be presented, that insures that the selection from the cellar was correct, in my humble opinion.

Hello!

Nice fellow, 100% ignorant. If you have an old vintage of Montrachet, Domaine de la Romanee - Conti, you just do not take the bottle, fill the glasses and drink to the bottom.
