I think the Riesling Association of the World owes me big time for all my advocacy--but then, the wine does do what it promises. Glad it worked for you.

Happy new year everyone.

We spent new year's eve at a friend's house and then had my fiancé and 4 good friends over on new years day to eat fantastic food and sample a half dozen different bottles of bubbly that we're considering for the wedding. It was a good holiday for me.

Happy New Year everyone!

I spent a quiet evening at home after being released from the hospital on Dec 31st. This is the 3rd time in as many months that I've been hospitalized... Anyway, it was great to be home again.

Even sipped a little Prosecco and enjoyed it thoroughly, although my doctor probably would not be happy to know this.

Glad to be with you again. I hope that 2004 will bring health, prosperity and happiness to all.

Jackie

Sorry to hear about the health problems, Jackie. Welcome home again, and here's wishing you a healthy new year.

Hi All! I'm back at school and have access to a working computer. I enjoyed your good reports about New Year's celebrations. I spent the evening with some close friends, one of whom has a Dec. 31st birthday. I enjoyed some very nice South African wine...a shiraz, I think, that some visiting SA folks brought over with them. I should retrieve the bottles from my friend's recycling bucket before they get picked up so I can tell you what it was. New Year's Day turned into an impromptu turkey dinner with a good bit of Prosecco and Traminer-Riesling consumed. My friends are not big wine drinkers, but they enjoyed those. Then of course some Port at dessert time. (and more Port during clean-up time....)
