I brought a case of Chianti Classico back from Italy and I have been told that it my have some value? The lable reads as the date 1996 PRUNETO RADDA in RADDA ITALIA. Price per bottle? or case?

Hi Tony, and welcome to the Wine Board. Can't find any information on it. Did you post all the information on the bottle? Those bottles are getting a little old.

Best info I've been able to dig up - with two emails and twenty minutes looking through my notes - is roughly $18, converted to American currency, and a reputation that suggests that the wine may still be quite potable. It's not imported to US, that I can find, and Italians seem to speak highly of it, if the spelling other info you relayed is correct.

Hope that helps any!
