- loco - 04-02-2001 could some one give me a really lengthy detailed explanation of a chardonnay,,please??? - Innkeeper - 04-02-2001 Define organaleptic. - loco - 04-02-2001 Mr IK not too good...anyway organoleptic means the sight, smell, look and so on!! ta - Innkeeper - 04-02-2001 Why don't you just go out and buy two inexpensive wines from Banrock Station. One would be their regular chardonnay and the other their "unwooded" chardonnay. The unwooded one will tell you what chardonnay should look, smell, and taste like. The regular one will tell you what most chardonnay produced in Australia, America, Chile, and elsewhere looks, smells, and tastes. |
