I just purchased a bottle of 2000 Domaine St. Damien Gigondas Foudre 29 at the recommendation of a friend. Does anyone know the combination percentage of what grapes are in this wine? Can I drink it now?

The main grape is Grenache. Syrah and/or mourvedre are the smaller portion. Also, any number of other Rhone grapes (save for carignan) can be mixed in. The percentages are going to be proprietary and will vary from year to year to the winemaker's taste or house style. It can be drunk now, but could be properly stored for a while and improve.

Thanks Barnsy! The next time the opportunity is right I'll give it a try.
