i have recently been given a case containing 6 bottles of quinta do vesuvio 1992 vintage port. could anyone please tell me the value and also the best place to sell

This quinta produces profound ports even though they are often overlooked when listing the "big boys" in reviews. 1992 was a better vintage than it was given credit for. That being said, it did not receive the press of '94 or '97, so the ports from this vintage aren't carrying the prices of the other vintages. If I had to put a price on it, I'd say 45-50/btl, but you have been given a gem....I'd hold on to it.
