- Phil Lennox - 10-05-2000 I have a friend who has recently been given a bottle of Lytons Brut Reserve 1934 from Champagne in France. He is not a champagne drinker and I fear would not really appreciate it for what it is. I have no idea about its worth and would appreciate it if someone could tell me whether it is rare and a little of the history. Thanks. - Innkeeper - 10-07-2000 Recommend you e-mail Tom Stevenson, the world's greatest expert on sparkling wine, and ask him. His address is: tom.stevenson@fizz.worldonline.co.uk. - chittychattykathy - 10-08-2000 Speaking of, I have not seen Steve around here for a while. - winoweenie - 10-08-2000 CCK, Think Tom said he`d be busy on his book.
