I've planted some canadice pink seedless grapes no in their first year of production. What kind of wine could be made from them? I also grow strawberries, cherries and blackberries, are any of these fruits ever mixed in making wine? I've never tried to make wine but I'd like to learn. Thanks for any help you can give.

We don't usually smile on wines made from anything except grapes around here. Most grapes that are bred for table use, usaully do not make good wine either. By the same token, not many wine grapes are good for table use. People working in and around vineyards would not agree, as they pop wine grapes into their mouths all the time.

Table grapes and wine grapes are bred and grown for separate results.

All that said, Canadace are decent table grapes, but terrible wine grapes.

Sounds like I shoud look to make room for another variety! I'm sure my kids (and me too) will reap the pleasure of the canadice. Thanks.
