Have tried two new wines, last night, on the way home we stopped at Olive Gardern for dinner, I had swordfish, hubby had grilled chicken and sauage.

Ask the server to suggest a wine that would go with the meal and was sweet, he suggested a Riesling, so we tried it. Not too bad, for me still the aftertaste, but better than the others so far.

Tonight, we tried the Novella Late Harvest Moscato Rasa Robles Estate Bottled, 1999. It is sweet tasting, has a honey tinge to it and a fruity taste, couldn't place it until checked the label and it said it had an apricot flavor, and that was it.
Hubbby really likes it, it is okay, but apricots are not my favorite fruit, but otherwise it is a good wine.
So, at least we have found another one we liked, the Gallo white zin was given a thumb up, and now this one.

Next time you get a moscoto try it with slow roasted duck with orange sauce. Stand by.
