We still have the Sutter Home 2000 Musacato, and the Schmitt Sohne Piesporter Mischelsberg Auslese 1999, what is suggested to be paired with either?

Have in the freezer salmon filets, mahi mahi, sirlon steaks, ham steaks, and chicken (skinless, boneless breast tenderloins).
What would go best with these wines?

Would serve the moscato with the ham steaks so long as you put pineapple slices on them. If you want to be very, very Germanic, at least they way they were back in the '60s, have the auslese with the sirloin steaks. Ideally I would have the moscato with a duck a l'orange, and have the auslese with a non chocolate dessert.
