- marleyspud - 01-16-2004 Sorry for the 'dumb question', but what exactly do you all mean when you write/say 3 or 4-lapper? Im currently reading Karen MacNeil's 'Wine Bible' and have not noted anything on this term. Thanks. MS - Innkeeper - 01-16-2004 To the best of my knowledge it is strictly a WW term. It means how many laps you can take around the track before the finish finishes. All figuratively speaking of course. - winoweenie - 01-16-2004 Hey Marley Answered this on another thread just this week. I've used this for the last 25 years to determine the actual finish on a wine. By-The_by Michael says you haven't left the information with him. WW - marleyspud - 01-17-2004 Thanks WW for the explanation. I just mailed Michael Fine my contact info. He should recieve it on Monday. MS |
