I have enjoyed wines for a few years now, nothing major, I sometimes pick solely because I like a label. Hoever, I would like to take the next step and start collecting a few wines each year for future consumption. How to start?
I have a place for proper storage, but how can I tell which wine is good for storage and aging and which would be best to consume sooner than later? Is price a determinant? Is there a good article online or a book to read that would give some tips to starting a cellar on a budget?
