Both Veuve Clicquot and Bollinger were served at the reception for that particular royal wedding, and subsequently sold commercially. When I was arranging an auction of historic Champagnes to launch my Christie's World Ecyclopedia of Champagne and Sparkling Wine, Veuve Clicquot wanted to submit their's and donate the receipts to the Princess Diana Fund, but quickly realised that under the circumstances the fairytale marriage (and it was like a fairytale for anyone celbrating in the city on that day) was something best forgotten, although it would not have affected the price. The RETAIL value of your wine would be $100-150. Expect to receive not much more than half this price if selling to a wine merchant specialising in mature Champagne. You could try asuctioning online, but although Bollinger is one of the few collectible Champagne names, most buyers are wary of single bottles.
