I'm New to the "Wine Thing" and was wondering what the basic rules are for serving Red and White wines. Temperature, Storage, Breathing, any other suggestions? Thanks for the Help....

Hi I.T.D. and welcome to the board. Capsulizing a very broad subject, whites are best served at 52-55* and reds at 65-68*.They should be stored on thier side in the darkest, coolest place in your home if you don't have a storage unit or wine cellar.WW
