HI
I just wanted to know what wines should be refrigerated. is it a thing of personal taste? are only the chamapagne that should be refrigerated? I live in Puerto Rico and the temperature now is ranging from 86 to 97.

All wines should be refrigerated if the room temperature approaches your outdoor temperatures. Normally red wines should be served at about 65-68 Fahrenheit and white wines at slightly chillier temperatures. You can chill the red wine for some time and then take it out 30 minutes before you plan to open it to let it warm a bit.
