- etatz@juno.com - 08-31-2002 We were given some red wine as a wedding present 24 years ago but have never opened it. We have been told it is probably no good, but I just wanted to check before I opened it. I don't know if I am providing the correct information but I'll start here: The first is Chateau Potensac, Medoc, 1973 with the words Delon Liquard on the label. The second is Larose Sieujean, Medoc, 1972. Both have been stored on their sides in a basement, so obviously not rigorously controlled temps. They have not been moved for the last 15 years, (until tonight). Thank you. for the last 15 years. - Bucko - 08-31-2002 72 & 73 were horrid vintage years......... |
