ok - getting to the bottom of the pile here and I have almost a case of 2000 Bordeaux. Not grand producers mind you.
How long do you think they will hold?

Based on those we've had so far, those not so great producers products might hold another year or two.

I have several cases of the not-so-greats and am in no hurry to finish them off. Suspect they'll begin to fade shortly, but that should be a graceful rather than precipitous decline. If you sample the different producers periodically (maybe monthly), that should give you insight into their progress on the drinkability curve.
