I'm not aware of any Napa winery making berry wines in the past fifteen years.

Bargetto Winery at Soquel (near Santa Cruz) has long specialized in fruit, berry and mead wines. They used to appear under the Bargetto label, but that brand is no reserved for wines made from grapes. The fruit and berry brand is now Chaucer's.
