I've just returned from France where I bought a number of bottles of Saint Emilion of vaious qualities up to Grand Cru. Can some one point me in the direction of any information on how I can determine whether to store any and if so how long to get the best out of them?

Hi Grumpy, and welcome to the Wine Board. The lowest quality you can drink as soon as they rest up. The highest quality will go ten years from vintage in proper storage. The rest go somewhere inbetween. You might post the names and vintages of what you have for better advice.
