Hello! I feel embarassed to ask, but I'm trying to figure out what I received from a friend... I recognize the decanter, tho I'm not exactly sure of the manuf. or anything more about it. But what is the little bottles with a glass bowl?? Any experts out there care to shed some light on what I received and where I can learn more about it? I'm available via. email at matthew23pdx@yahoo.com -- I would seriously appreciate any help! The pic is here:

Matthew, I've looked at this and can't figure it out. The Decanter appears to be wine related do to the inner inverted glass for sediment. It appears that you would fill the smaller glass "beakers" with something and chill in the bowl with added ice like high quality/flavored vodka but vodka, to my knowledge, doesn't throw sediment.

They don't call me "Detective Drew" for nothing! Matthew it appears you received two separate gifts. The Glass bowl w/beakers is a Vodka chiller set you can view by going to: http://www.calvines.com/vodka%20chiller.asp
The decanter, IMHO, appears to be for wine decanting/storing.

I really need to check this board more often. I actually knew what the bowl with the tubes is for and I don't seem to know much else when it comes to this board

Don't worry too much about what all the different types of bowls are for. As long as you jiggle the handle and put the seat back down when you exit, you should be okay....
