Hi Lilkat, and welcome to the Wine Board. Try a French Columbard.

A Dry Creek Vineyard Dry Chenin Blanc might work well, also.

IK, I'm intrigued ... what is a French Columbard?

A California field grape. Would not make turkey gravy with anything else, if it included drippings, flour, and anything else. I make mine with stock make from inards, neck, et al, aromatic veggies, and seasoning, while the turkey cooks.
