Im new here, and I LOVE wine, about four glasses a week.

I enjoy Riunite Lambrusco, I know it is a CHEAP wine, but to me its good. I can't stand the flavour of German wines, even though I'm 100% GErman :-)

What is Riunite Lambrusco classified as? Table wine?

If there is anyone else that enjoys it, can you suggest other wines that you enjoy? Maybe our taste buds are approximate in tastes.

Thanks to all
Richard C.

That is a good question. Riunite does not taste like table wine, and it has a slight fizz; in my opinion, it does not go with food very well.

Riunite Lambrusco was created in the nineteen seventies by an American company with an Italian name (Banfi) to appeal to young people with unsophisticated palates, and it was a major success but has since fallen off in sales.

Italians refer to the wine as Lambrus-cola, for its sweetness and for its fizz.
