In my search for a white wine for my wedding, I came across Joseph Phelps Vin du Mistral Rose. It is dry but not overly so - I think you may like it...
I had the 1997 but the 98s are out already. My wine store had it for $5.99

Greenwood Ridge Vineyards, Mendocino Ridge, White Riesling would be right up your alley. It is 1.8% RS (Residual Sugar). This is what is commonly called "off dry."

Had the last of my '99 case of the Greenwood Ridge tonight with leftover Thanksgiving. It was wonderful.
