hi
my name is alva. i love drinking wine, love it's color, taste, aroma and all the mystery associated with it. i would like to learn more about wines but don't know where to start. i would like to be in a postion to intelligently order wine, to be able to tell the quality of wine, to mix the right wine with the right food. in short i would like to know everything there is to know, but since there is so much to it i would like advice on how to proceed.
thanks....waiting for your suggestions

Hi Alva. All you are looking, including how to handle the restaurant scene, can be found in "Great Wine Made Simple" by Andrea Immer. It is widely available at discount.
