Hello:

What would be a good Italian wine that I could use, as a glaze(mixed with surgars), on top of an espresso swet bread? I need a wine that will complement the espresso.

thx

Lambrusco will work.

Would you suggest the dry or slightly sweet Lambrusco?

Slightly sweet.

I'd go for the Braschetto di Acquii (sorry for trashing the spelling). Hints of rose and raspberry. The bubbles may even lend to a light and airy glaze if not beat up too much. This of course, if it's not the other 'sweetbreads'. That would be bad.
