Know of any? We're going there in a couple of weeks. We love Sauternes and TBA's but have little exposure to Canadian stickies. I'm hoping there's a wine bar somewhere around the old city where we can taste a couple by the glass (OK that's optimistic but it could happen). I reallize that many here are going to pipe in with their favorite CA ice wine. That's not really what I'm looking for. We have 30 or 40 dessert wines in the cellar and I'm not in a position to add bottles hit or miss just to try some new stuff. I need a way to taste some different ones by the glass. Ideas?

No Wine Bars par se, but check out: http://www.wines.com/ubb2/Forum34/HTML/000031.html Don't worry about the sad faces. We had a clitch in the system here a couple of years ago that changed all the happy faces on old posts to sad ones!

Thanks Keep. The Anciens Canadiens is actually on our list. It's writeups looked intriguing. Hope they have a nice late 90's Bordeaux to go with my antelope. Or caribou. Or whatever the big sheep thing they cook there. <LOL>
