Hello,

which years, lets say from 1998 until 2003 were the best for Bordeaux?

1998 and 2000, as a very general rule. A lot depends on which area within the Bordeaux region you're speaking about. For instance, in 1998, St. Julien, Pauillac, St. Estephe and Margaux were pretty good, but Pomerol and St. Emilion were much, much better. Of course, all that said, as much depends on the winery.

I'd agree, but also throw in 2001. From what I've tasted, seen, and heard, it's a very nice vintage, but perhaps doesn't get the credit it deserves coming after the 2000.
