Does anyone know where I can purchase the white wine NIERSTEINER GUTES DOMTOL?

Welcome to the board, Paul. Niersteiner Gutes Domtal is a pretty common Riesling from the Rheinhesse region of Germany. It will say Rheinhessen on the bottle. I've found it in the wine departments of large supermarkets, as well as retail wineshops, and usually pay $7.99-$8.99 per bottle. I currently have the '85 and '93 in the cellar, and would expect to find the '99 and/or 2000 on retail shelves.

Thank you for the information. I have not been able to find this wine in supermarkets or the wine shops here in Gainesville, Fl.

For a substitute, suggest you look for a Mosel-Sahr-Ruwer Kabinett. There are lots of different ones imported, but there's no telling which would be available in your area. It will have a bit more body than the Rheinhessen and is more food-friendly, in my opinion. Price should be about the same, $7-$10.
