This has been answered at least a gazillion times on this thread. Go back on the board for 100 days and you'll probably find 2 or 7 of them. (Give or take 24 hours) WW

Depends on the wine and where you keep it after you open it. Left on the counter - about 24 hours. Recorked and in the fridge - about 2-3 days. Sprayed with Private Preserve - about a week. Lots of variables involved.

Yeppo Rock and hope you and KC can keep a straight face whenced drinking a bottle after a week. Vinegar under any other name is still sour. Wine deterioates quickly unless it's fortified after opening. WW

Welcome to the Board Rock. A very effective yet inexpensive read is "2004 Wine Buying Guide for Everyone" by Andrea Immer. In it she gives after opening shelf life for over 600 widely distributed wines by names of wines and producers.
