How should dry and sweet vermouths be stored?Refrigerated?

Hi Lindau, and welcome to the Wine Board. we store them opened in the liquor cabinet, but we go through them rather quickly (in cooking). If you won't use them up in a month or so, put them into the fridge.

Innkeeper:

Thank you very much. Until very recently I didn't consider anything would be amiss if I stored them in my kitchen cabinet. Obviously, I was wrong. Hereafter, since I don't use them for cooking, they'll be stored in the refrigerator. Thanks again for your advice.
