I was at the wine store yesterday and saw a bottle of whiteI was curious about, ($27.00), it is 1999 Saint-Aubin Louis J. Having been pleased with Louis Jadot wines I've tried, Beaujolais-Villages and Pouilly-Fuisse'(although the latter was a bit fruity for me). I wonder if it may be past it's prime, the clerk at the store at the time didn't know but said "probably not". Any opinions or tasting notes out there? Thanks. Winophite.

It is a White Burgudy not at all like the ones you mentioned. It should be at it's prime or just beyond. It is available at various places in the low 20s.
