Hi James Lee, and welcome to the Wine Board. Most people get both a white and red wine for their weddings. This is in addition to the sparkling wine for Western traditioal toasts. In the USA the proportion of red to white is normally 50 -50. You may have a different proportion among your guests. Make an educated guess.

For the white wine, which is the most important with your cuisine, suggest a gewurtztraminer. One from the Alsace would fill the bill best. For mass consumption one of the more inexpensive ones would do fine. For the red suggest a light Australian Shiraz. Again, the more inexpensive ones would be lighter and appealing to the greatest number.
