- Sweet Dreams - 09-07-2002 I just purchased a bottle of Late Harvest Johannisberg Riesling. Chateau Grand Traverse Michigan 2001. Should this be served at room temperature or chilled? - hotwine - 09-07-2002 Welcome to the board, SD. I'm not familiar with the winery, but a late harvest Riesling should be served well-chilled, as a dessert wine. It will have a substantial residual sugar (RS) content, making it suitable for serving as a dessert all by itself. |
