My name is Maite I have always wondered how to drink red wine cold or at normal temperature,or hot .Or if there are some ways of drinking red wines or white wines??????I dont now almost anything about wine. I want to learn something.Please help me.Anything can help me.

Hi Maite, and welcome to the Wine Board. Red wine should be served at 65 degrees F., more or less, and whites and rose's around ten degrees less more or less. You need to start from the temperature your wines are stored at. Then you adjust from there. The easiest way is to stick them in the refrigerator. One that is set at around 40 degrees F. will lower the temperature of the wine at one degree per 10 minutes. The fastest way is to get an ice bucket from a restaurant supply house. Fill the bucket with ice, and then cover the ice with cold water. Place your bottle of wine in the bucket. The wine will chill at the rate of one degree per minute.
