I have a question which is probably a dumb one. This is my second post and since my first one i have been coming regularly to read and learn more about wines in general. But this is one question i havent seen so here it is: When storing wine do you have to turn them ever so often? If so how often do I have to do it? Any suggestions would be helpful.

Have never seen such a recommendation, except during the manufacture of Champagne. Seems, that if the storage conditions are right, the least disturbance possible would be best.

IK is right on, it's best to let them rest!
