Ice Wine? What is it?

First, there is no such thing as a wine without sulfites. Sulfites are included in the normal by-products of fermentation.

Perhaps you seek a wine with no added sulfites -- there are scant few, but they are available. Ask your retailer.

So, why do you need to find such a wine?

WC, we have got to come up with a forum specifically for the subject of sulfites; this same question keeps coming and coming.

Liteheaded...We have dealt with the subject of sulfites before...suggest you use the "search" feature to bring those previous comments.

Re "search" (see top of screen)..I tried it and it brings up loads of previous discussions and lots of information...both as to health angles and specific wine recommendations.
