Any tips on which wine goes well with meat.

Hi PL and welcome to the Wine Board. If you mean red meat recommend Cabernet Sauvignon, or Syrah/Shiraz (Shiraz is what Australians call Syrah). For white meat recommend Pinot Noir or Beaujolais. With spicy meat recommend Red Zinfandel. Also recommend national wines with ethnic food for example Italian Wine with Italian Food.
