hi-can't tell you the name of the wine or vineyard because I don't have it with me now but my mother-in-law had several half bottles of red german wine with '42 or '43 dates. Were the germans actually producing during those war years? What do I do to check on value if any?Nana Grace

Hi Nana, and welcome to the Wine Board. Value would only be to the curio collector. Suspect that it is French wine with German labels, which would make it even more interesting. Regardless, it has no value at all as wine.
