So, now you have a few choices. you can keep it sealed as a "conversation piece", or open it up and try it. If the wine is still flavorful, then you can boast it on this forum and dumbfound the rest of us. - winoweenie - 12-20-2001 Gary what you may have missed are 1) It's a Chablis.
