hey there, i have a problem...my science teacher came up with this idea about making our own wine. i´ve found quite a few recipies, however, if you have any tips you can give me i would surely appreciate it. i mean, the control of temp., and other important factors. this assigment is to be done in two weeks! please help me!

Two weeks? You can write a paper about wine by then, but you won't produce any by the deadline.
