Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knew which vintage years of wines are best..I'm studying in England this semester, and in this lovely country, wines are available in the grocery stores. Which is great for those who know what they want - for me, I found myself staring at about 30 different kinds of Riesling (white wine) with the differences being the years they were bottled and the label name. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to figure out this whole year thing?
thanks!

Hello Aakshee.
Hope you have a great time here.
Apart from grocery stores, look out for an Oddbins wine shop. They often do special offers, and tastings during their long opening hours.
If you like to tell me in which town you are studying I'll see if it has an Oddbins.
T
