I am considering going to sonoma next week. I was wondering if anybody has any recomendations for wineries to see. Also looking for places to eat and maybe stay. So any help is appreciated.

Hi Hapy, and welcome to the Wine Board. Scroll down to the bottom on the Board for the thread on Touring Wine Country. On the upper right side of the thread use the "go" function to "show all topics." You will find a wealth of information on Sonoma.

Hi there HappyG and welcome to the board. I just returned from Sonoma last week and made a post in the Thread mentioned by IK. Beside Cohn and Arrowwood stop in at Ch. St. Jean, Kenwood, Jordon, and Alexander Valley Vineyards. You didn't say how much time you were spending or where you are staying so this is a capsule group of the best if you're coming in from the south. If you're staying is Santa Rosa or Healdsburg it's a differnt' plan. WW

You were also asking about restaurants and lodging. My experience is in Napa Valley but you might try yahoo.com under Travel California or www.concierge.com (for restaurant reviews and lodgings). Zagat also has a web site with restaurant reviews.
