I have only one bottle.
It is sealed and dated with wax.
It is dated '1845'.
It is a tawny.

The name of the producer, is "J. BARBOZA DE M. E CAMARA". Above that it has the name, "Vinho Velho" (Old Wine), and at the bottom, "MADEIRA". On the back of the bottle, '1845' is written in wax.

I am portuguese originally from the island of Madeira, and the bottle has been with my father for 40 years since the day he left Madeira in 1964. It was given to him by a portuguese bishop. My father has always had a vast collection of bottles, and has always stored his wine on a rack in a dark place.

I'm happy to answer any other questions you might have!

I am willing to sell if I get a decent offer! This is a rare piece!
