Hi Guys,

I hope it's o.k to ask im brand new in here, my mum and dad possess a bottle of Chateau Cheval 1971 St. Emilion ... if its ok i would love you to answer a couple of questions i have...

1. is it out of date?
2. shelf life?
3. should it be drunk sooner rather than later?
4. Can you tell me where i could replace it, if it were drunk, and an approximate cost to replace it please?

Thank you very much

All the best

Hi Julian and welcome to the board. 71 was a dissapointing vintage. To answer your questions....Drink with your fingers crossed. Really iffy. Replacement should be at the 125-150 level WW
