I am curios to know if my bottle of 1969 Vino Rioja Siglo is worth anything? It also has Felix Azpilicueta Martinez Fuenmayor on the bottle.

Welcome to the WineBoard, Jessica. Sorry to say most wines that old have no value. Only a very few are made to last that long and they must be stored under perfect conditions for their entire life to make it. Unfortunately, your wine wasn't made to age that long.
