Hello Cherylh.
Gosh, I bet your bottle has been tucked away lonely and forgotten in some little nook somewhere for years.
I'm not going to be any help regarding value I'm afraid. Because the wine will be undrinkable after all these years, it will have no value to a collector who buys wine to drink or as an investment. Having said that, it may well be of academic interest to those who collect wine oddities (if I may decribe it as that, for want of a better word). I would have a word with an auction house if I were you.
Kosovsko (Kosovo) is a beautiful (well, it was when I was last there too many years ago.)province, in what was Yugoslavia, and borders Albania and Serbia. So your wine was probably made, or at least was bottled, there.
I don't know, but it may be that 1976 was some kind of anniversary to do with King Lazar. He was/is a legendary hero in Kosova who died fighting the Albanians back in the 14th (I think) century.
Sorry if I've told you some things you already know, but I thought I'd mention them.
Good luck and let us know how you get on. T.
